We want you to love every piece you order from LUMINA Jewels. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return policy is here to help.

Return Window

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and any included certificates or tags.

Eligibility

• Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
• Customised or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Items damaged due to misuse, alteration or improper care are not eligible.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@luminajewels.example within the return window.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a confirmed return address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order for speed and reliability. Please follow the normal return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
